Review

There was no pre-heat feature to this book. Harvest’s Pride started hot – grabbing the reader in an instant attraction - and just kept getting hotter. The urgency, heat and genuine affection jumped off the pages as Hanna unknowingly followed her sister’s footsteps in finding her shifter mates.
Hanna, independent and strong, is searching for her sister who disappeared while on tour with Harvest, a popular rock band. Unwilling to let the disappearance go as easily as others, Hanna pretends to be a reporter doing an interview on the lead band members Kaz and Myan. Hanna is able to get on the inside easily enough but isn’t prepared for the attraction she feels for the men. And little does she know the disappearance and the interview have been an elaborate set-up so that Kaz and Myan can meet her.
Leaders of their pride, Kaz and Myan are delicious alpha men – roarin’ lion shifters - who believe Hanna is their mate and plan to prove it. She’s arrived just in time for the Harvest moon which means there’s no time to waste. The men must claim her under the Harvest moon or risk waiting a full year. So it’s no holding back as they convince her that she belongs with them.
Paulin wrote a perfectly rounded out story in just a short book – something so many authors flop at – solid plot, rich in detail and scorching hot with a tidy HEA. I just hope there are plans to write more about the shifters in Harvest’s pride.
